You can fill out this form and then print it out and send it in.

As a FORR member you qualify for a $60.00 rebate upon completing and passing a BRC safety course and $30.00 rebate for completing and passing an ERC safety course.  Also, must be a FORR member for 30 days prior to taking the course.

Here are the Sample Safety Proclamations for your Local's to use.  Have your area
Cities & Counties fill one out and proclaim May as Motorcycle Awareness Month,
then bring them to the M.A.Y. (Motorcycle Awareness & You) Rally on
